Stara Zagora’s running marathon

“Running – a way of life” is the motto of the people who participate in running marathons in Bulgaria.
Stara Zagora’s running marathon will be held on 9th of April. The participants will be able to choose between three distances- the standard one of 42.195km, half marathon 21km or 10.5km, which allows all the running enthusiasts to join the race. Each of the participants will receive a branded T-shirt, and those who successfully complete one of the three distances, will get a medal.
The start of the marathon will be given in front of Stara Zagora Municipality building. The marathon course runs through the whole city and the length of the laps is as follows: four laps for the participants who will run the whole marathon, 2 laps for the people, running half of it and 1 lap for the people running 10.5km distance.
